  • Please check if the stylus was broken. It's recommended to re-adjust the cartridge tracking force and make sure the tracking force is 3.5g.

  • Please watch our installation video first. Please make sure the stylus is properly seated and see if tightening or loosening the small screw at the base of the tone arm makes a difference. the problem is due to the setting of the tonearm screw

  • please check if the belt installed correctly. this turntable had 2 power buttons, please press bothe button, and it's fully manual record player, not automatic, only move the tonearm over on the record. It will begin spinning.
